Founded in 1952, transformed in 2000 from state-owned enterprise to private enterprise. Professional Chinese manufacturer of steel wire rope stranders and closers, enjoys a high reputation both in domestic and international markets. The company has over 70 years’ history, over 50 years’manufacturing experience and technical accumulation, has a deep history and a strong craftsman spirit. Joined manufacturing industry of cable stranding machines since 2018, positioning high-end, replacing imports.
Domestic sales share 70%, export sales share 30%. Supplied machines to customers in Germany, Japan, the USA, Belgium, Canada, Israel, Turkey, Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Thailand etc.
Supplied planetary closer 8×2000 capable of producing steel rope diameter max 200mm. Totally supplied over 70 sets of planetary stranders and closers, covering over 40 types. Totally supplied over 2000 sets of tubular stranders and closers, covering 200mm～800mm series. In the past 10 years, the company got 21 orders with each one exceeding 10 million yuan, 8 orders with each one exceeding 20million yuan, 3 orders with each one exceeding 40 million yuan, and the biggest order exceeding 60million yuan. Supplied over 200 sets valued 120 million yuan to a Chinese customer, and supplied over 40 sets valued 50 million yuan to an overseas customer. Having the manufacturing capacity to provide the stranders and closers for producing 100,000 to 150,000 tons of steel wire rope annually. Supplied cable stranding machines to listed companies in the Chinese cable industry, like HENGTONG GROUP,FAR EAST CABLE, JIANGSU SHANGSHANG CABLE GROUP, JIANGNAN CABLE, and ORIENT CABLE (NBO).
The company has Engineering Technology R&D Center, Post-Doctoral Workstation, and Academician Workstation (in preparation). Technology R&D center has Tubular Strander Dept.,Planetary Closer Dept., Double twister dept. and Cable Stranding Machine Dept. The company has created many breakthroughs, pioneers, and first sets of new technologies and products. It is recognized as a technological leader and pioneer in the industry.
In December 2018, the company started technology cooperation with a well-known peer in Germany, brought in the most advanced manufacturing technology for steel wire rope and cable stranding machines, covered high-end cable stranding machines into the product scope. And comprehensively improved the technology and performance of steel wire rope stranding machines.
The company currently has a total asset of 280 million yuan, covering an area of over 30,000 m²,factory building area of 20,000 m², and has over 180 employees. The annual production capacity is 300 million yuan. The planned relocation and expansion project involves land acquisition of 100 acres and the new built factory building of 50,000 m², so as to create a specialized, refined, different and innovative small giant in this segmented field, becoming one of the international enterprises having the global leading technology and largest scale in the manufacturing of steel wire rope and cable stranding machines.

Product Development History
1973
Started to manufacture under roller supported tubular stranding machines for steel wire rope.
2023
On the basis of mature and mass-produced φ1000 central strander, research and develop φ1200 type central strander that specifically used for stranding aluminum or aluminum copper wires.
2022
Started to manufacture offline extrusion line for plastic coated steel wire rope.
2021-2023
Cable stranding machines, such as central strander, rigid strander, tubular strander, supplied to listed companies in the Chinese cable industry, like HENGTONG GROUP, FAR EAST CABLE, JIANGSU SHANGSHANG CABLE GROUP, JIANGNAN CABLE, and ORIENT CABLE (NBO).Especially the central strander has reached the level of imported from Germany, demonstrating its advantages in later development.

Started to manufacture cable stranding machines, positioning high-end, replacing imports.
