On April 27th, the company signed a contract with Jiangsu Junwei Steel Rope Rigging Co., Ltd for a large-sized planetary closer KS1+24/1400. This machine is capable of closing multi-strand anti-rotation special steel wire ropes with a maximum diameter of φ156mm, a single rope weight of 280 tons, and a multi-strand structure of 55W. Equipped with our company's self-developed strand tension adaptive control technology, this machine boasts high closing precision and strong stability, surpassing traditional equipment in every aspect. It has completely resolved the long-standing bottleneck of relying on imported equipment for the production of extra-large diameter, extra-long, and extra-high strength offshore steel wire ropes. This machine is currently closer with the largest pay off bobbin diameter and heaviest capacity for multi-strand rope production in China.

Recently, the company signed a contract with a large cable manufacturer abroad for a 54-bobbin central strander for aluminum conductors, which is our first foreign order for central strander. In addition, we signed a contract for central strander for aluminum conductors with a listed company in China. It is of great significance for the company’s future market of central strander for aluminum conductors.

Recently, one KS1+8/1500 planetary closer we supplied for a customer in Jiangsu Province has been successfully put into production. This machine is technologically advanced and has a high level of informationization and intelligence, especially the automatic tension detection and automatic tension control of 8 strands forming a closed-loop control system. Practical use has proven it meets expectations, once again demonstrating the company's mature application of this technology in planetary closer. There have been more than 10 application cases before this. The machine has maximum closing rope diameter of Ф100mm, rotating pay off of Ф2500mm, take up capacity of 100 tons, and capstans diameter of 3000mm.

In early June 2025, with the successful production of triangular stranded steel wire rope in our new customer Shandong Shubote, they became our seventh customer in China who uses our machine to produce triangular stranded steel wire rope.

By the end of April 2025, the first batch of 18 machines for Aosen Special Steel Group's "giant order for the century" was ready for delivery. According to the contract, the machines will be delivered in 6 batches, all completed by the end of September 2025.

In April 2025, the company won an order for one 36×630 tubular strander from a domestic customer, setting a record for one tubular strander with the longest length and at the highest value in the company's history.

In April 2025, the company successfully delivered and put into production a 61-bobbin central strander in Jiangsu Far East Cable's sample workshop. This marks the successful application of our mainstream central stranders (19-bobbin, 37-bobbin, and 61-bobbin) developed in previous years. Currently, we are in discussions with several customers who have expressed further procurement intentions.
